Description
Overview
A practical, interactive session where the team explores how they work together through movement, positioning, and observation. Participants gain insight into team patterns, communication flows, and collaboration challenges — without analysis or conflict.
Step-by-Step Session Flow (Actionable)
1. Welcome & Context (5 min)
-
Brief introduction: “We’ll explore how your team works together in real time. No judgment, no wrong answers.”
-
Set safe, neutral space rules
-
Explain flow: exercises + reflection
2. Mapping the Team (15–20 min)
-
Use space in the room: participants physically position themselves to represent roles, workflows, or typical interactions
-
Optionally use objects (chairs, cards, sticky notes) to represent absent roles, processes, or recurring challenges
-
Observe naturally: who interacts more? who is isolated?
3. Guided Observation & Reflection (10–15 min)
-
Ask participants to silently notice patterns:
-
What feels balanced?
-
Where do communication gaps exist?
-
Where are overlaps or bottlenecks?
-
-
Encourage small personal notes (optional)
4. Integration – Shifts & Insights (10 min)
-
Invite volunteers to try small adjustments: “move slightly, swap positions, see how the pattern changes”
-
Brief discussion on observations and light action ideas: “What small change could improve collaboration tomorrow?”
-
Emphasis: insights, not problem-solving
5. Closing (5 min)
-
Grounding exercise (deep breath, brief stretch)
-
One-sentence personal takeaway (optional)

About the Host
I am a Europe-based facilitator working at the intersection of well-being, embodiment, and experiential learning. I design structured, immersive experiences that support vitality, presence, and sustainable well-being in professional environments. My background combines counselling psychology, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and group facilitation. I am particularly skilled at translating depth and emotional intelligence into accessible, non-intrusive formats suited to corporate and multicultural teams. My work supports clarity, regulation, and a sense of ease that allows people to feel more engaged, connected, and well at work. Alongside my well-being practice, I bring extensive experience from hospitality, tourism, and experiential facilitation, including team-based activities and sensory experiences such as mindful tastings. This allows me to work fluently with groups, adapt to different dynamics, and collaborate seamlessly with artists, creatives, coaches, and facilitators from diverse disciplines. My facilitation style is calm, human-centred, and structured. I pay close attention to group energy, pacing, and nervous system regulation, often working with movement, breath, silence, and subtle guidance (including approaches inspired by Silent Counselling). I find deep meaning in creating moments that contribute to people’s sense of well-being, connection, and happiness without requiring personal exposure or emotional disclosure. I work as an independent facilitator and am available for in-person sessions across Europe, delivering modular formats that integrate naturally into Culture Vitale’s curated “Sessions of Vitality”.
Client Requirements
A quiet, comfortable space of approximately 20–30 sqm is ideal for movement-based or guided awareness sessions. Minimal technical equipment (speaker, projector, whiteboard or microphone) may be needed. I´m open to different suggestions and if other activities come up, that are suitable for me, other material might be required.
Past Clients
I have experience facilitating team-building activities, guided wine tastings, and immersive tours for large groups, including corporate and professional audiences. I enjoy creating experiences that leave participants feeling present, connected, and energized, combining embodiment, reflection, and creativity.
