Workshop

Description

The session opens with a joyful mirroring movement: in pairs, one person leads gentle, spontaneous movements while the other mirrors—then they switch. Laughter flows naturally as people loosen up and tune into each other.

This flows into an energising sequence of shaking (releasing built-up tension with full-body shakes to upbeat rhythm) followed by dynamic breathwork with expressive sounds—powerful inhales paired with arm sweeps and exhales with freeing vocal releases.

Next comes a heartfelt pair-share: a simple prompt like “one moment today you felt grateful” or “something that sparked joy this week,” shared in 60 seconds each—creating instant human connection without pressure.

The session peaks with rhythmic group breathing and gentle breath holds to build energy and clarity, closing with a collective exhale and a bright, grounded finish. Participants leave with a quick “desk spark” breath tool for the rest of the day.

Benefits

  • Instant Joy and Connection: Playful mirroring and pair-sharing create genuine laughter and human moments—turning strangers or tired colleagues into a more bonded group.
  • Renewed Energy and Motivation: Shaking and dynamic breath release physical tension and flood the body with feel-good endorphins, combating afternoon slumps and reigniting enthusiasm.
  • Stronger Empathy and Cohesion: Simple, guided sharing builds understanding and trust fast—helping diverse teams feel aligned and supported.
  • Sharpened Focus and Resilience: Rhythmic breathing and breath holds calm the nervous system while boosting oxygen flow, leaving people clearer-headed and ready for the next session.
  • Elevated Wellbeing and Engagement: The blend of movement, sound, and gratitude creates a memorable uplift—attendees feel seen, alive, and quietly grateful to their organisation for the experience.

About the Host

Paulina Kabaczuk is a 400+ hour certified breathwork instructor, mindfulness teacher, and former corporate professional who spent years at Deloitte and other global firms. She knows firsthand the relentless pace of back-to-back meetings, high-stakes decisions, and the quiet exhaustion that builds up in high-performing teams. What drives her is a deep passion for helping people rediscover clarity, joy, and genuine human connection through the transformative power of breath. In her sessions—whether workshops, conferences, offsites, or lunch breaks—Paulina weaves together guided breathwork, high-energy mindful movement, playful connection exercises, and nourishing energy-refill moments. Everything is warm, deeply human, and completely real: no corporate scripts, no forced vulnerability—just safe, alive experiences that invite laughter, release, and natural bonding. Teams walk away lighter, clearer, more energised, and truly connected to themselves and each other. Leaders gain calm presence under pressure. And the ripple effect lasts long after the session ends.
