Additional Experience Info

Laughter Yoga is supported by a growing body of research showing benefits for stress reduction, mood improvement and overall wellbeing. Studies indicate that both simulated and spontaneous laughter can lower cortisol (stress hormone) levels, increase endorphins, improve oxygen intake and support nervous system regulation. Research in workplace and healthcare settings has also demonstrated positive effects on resilience, social connection and emotional wellbeing — even when laughter is intentional rather than humour‑based.
