Leaders are guided step by step to explore the emotions connected to their role using the Emotional Culture Deck. Through a mix of individual reflection and group sharing, they will identify the emotions that drive their success, gain fresh insights from others’ perspectives, and turn intentions into concrete actions. Each participant will also complete a personal workbook designed to support and inspire them in the weeks and months ahead, making the experience both practical and long-lasting.
