This 90-minute virtual session raises awareness and inspires action by combining a practical model with reflective activities, giving participants insights they can apply immediately to drive long-term behaviour change.

About the Host
Chartered Occupational Psychologist (HCPC, BPS and HPCSA registered) with over 10 years of experience designing, delivering, and leading strategic talent management, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness solutions for national and global organisations. Expertise in succession planning, executive coaching, assessment design and delivery, as well as individual, team and organisation-wide development initiatives, including change management. Currently completing PhD in Psychology.

England, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland, Wales. If workshops are in any countries outside the UK, additional travel costs apply.
