Sessions move from meditative landing and joint-based mobility into strength and fluidity, and end in guided recovery and integration. Calm, focused, and accessible to all.
Relevance for organisations
Living Yolates™ offers a practical, non-dogmatic approach to wellbeing and stress prevention. It meets people where they are and translates directly into everyday work life, leadership and collaboration.
I offer a short alignment meeting in advance to ensure clarity on expectations, needs, and desired outcomes.
Optional add-on: Cacao Circle for reflection, connection, and a touch of spirituality.

About the Host
20+ years of experience working with people and groups. I always focus on the energy of the group and look for opportunities to strengthen the energy and the feeling of togetherness. I work with nature connectedness both the outside nature as well as the inner nature. For that, I use movement, meditation, voice, time in nature, and different reflection tasks linked to the topic chosen.
Educated Actress, teacher, nature therapist, and Living Yolates teacher (June 2026).
