About the Host

I help individuals organize their thoughts. This could look like talking through new people management responsibilities, feeling like you are on the wrong career path but don't know what is next, or feeling overwhelmed as an entrepreneur. I believe each of us has the capacity to create meaningful change and live a life we're excited and proud of. My own journey of self-discovery took me across countries, industries, and career paths as I worked to align who I am – my values, strengths, and passions – with the world around me. Through this, I learned firsthand how powerful it is to step into your potential with clarity and intention. As a coach, I see how common this journey is. Many of us have untapped strengths or potential, but few of us are taught to become aware to fully embrace or apply them. I believe happiness isn’t a final destination – it’s something we can intentionally cultivate along the way untangling our mind. I offer a space that’s compassionate, respectfully challenging, and grounded in trust.
