Description
…make light work, of course! Working collaboratively on a bold, expressive piece, the team creates intriguing repeat patterns using the outline of their own hands. Deceptively simple and surprisingly effective - the end result is greater than the sum of its parts, which is an insight to carry through to personal and work arenas.
In longer sessions we move between colour and black & white mark-making, discussing the unique qualities each approach brings. We explore how subtlety and boldness have equal value when used in the right context.
Benefits
This session offers:
- enhanced group cohesion and cooperation
- intuition into ways of working quickly yet creatively
- the chance to shake off stress and enter into a ‘flow’ state
- a boost in overall sense of wellbeing
- a sense of how each individual contributes uniquely to a larger vision.

About the Host
I am an experienced creative workshop facilitator whose wellbeing-informed sessions focus on celebrating the connections between people.
My playful group art exercises are ideal for fostering cooperation and mutual respect within teams and expanding creative horizons.
I initiate liberating art and craft activities which combine fun approaches with more meditative work and a deeper sense of how the individual contributes to their group.
All workshop sessions are designed to include an opportunity to reflect on the wider message of the exercise, allowing participants the chance to step back, engage different energies and return refreshed and inspired.
