Attendees will be gently guided through a grounding meditation session designed to bring calm, clarity, and presence to the mind and body. Whether you're new to meditation or already have a practice, this experience is open to all and accessible, with no spiritual or religious connotation.
The session blends simple breath awareness, visualization, and mindful presence to help participants:
Release mental tension
Reset focus and energy
Create inner space for insight and calm
This is a time to pause, unplug, and reconnect — a brief yet powerful reset to enhance emotional balance, concentration, and overall well-being.
Optional: relaxing soundscapes or subtle instruments may be used to deepen the experience and support the nervous system.

About the Host
Hi, my name is Eva. I’m French-Danish with a multicultural background; I speak four languages and have lived in several countries. I began my career in Sales & Marketing (LVMH, Dior, startups like LiveMentor and Stellar), so I understand the pressures of corporate environments. Later, I became CSM at Holivia, providing mental health solutions to CAC 40 companies. Four years ago, I transitioned into more artistic and well-being paths, including acting (Cours Florent) and Kundalini Yoga. I hold a certified teacher training from an international Kundalini school (ANS) and now teach both yoga and meditation. I always teach Yoga & Meditation with deep respect for the roots of the practice, but with no religious connotation, to keep it accessible. I also enjoy using music and sound as powerful tools; through curated playlists and occasional sound healing elements to create immersive journeys. I’ve had the opportunity to teach Yoga & Meditation in various settings and companies, such as LiveMentor, Holivia (France), and Plan B / Hotmart (Brazil). My Yoga sessions include : Pranayama (Breathing sessions, Meditation, Dynamic & Static postures, sometimes intuitive dances or sound healing with instruments). Travel Locations
I am very open to travels.
I am based in France (between Paris and Marseille) but very flexible as I teach mainly online and events.
II will be very happy to travel to : Portugal, Denmark, Switzerland, but also in other countries.
Certifications & Credentials
Certificate : Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training from Amrit Nam Sarovar (international Yoga School).
