Meditation is a powerful practice that trains attention, enhances emotional resilience, and cultivates inner calm. This guided meditation experience teaches practical techniques they can apply during their workday to improve focus, reduce stress, and strengthen clarity of mind. The session combines accessible explanations with guided practice to ensure participants leave not only relaxed, but equipped with tools they can continue to use independently.

  • Introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness
    A clear and engaging explanation of what meditation is (and what it is not), why it is effective for wellbeing, and how it supports neural function, emotional intelligence, and productivity.

  • Guided Meditation Session (15–30 minutes)
    Participants are led through a calming, step-by-step meditation practice using techniques such as:

    • Breath awareness to settle the nervous system

    • Body scanning to release tension and increase presence

    • Focused attention to improve concentration

    • Observing thoughts without reactivity to build emotional regulation

  • Practical Tools for daily life
    Simple mindfulness strategies employees can integrate into their day, such as a 60-second reset or mindful breaks.

  • Optional Themed Sessions (by request):

    • Meditation for leadership presence

    • Meditation for creativity and innovation

    • Meditation for communication and empathy

    • Meditation for stress and burnout prevention

  • Closing Integration and Reflection

Tor Hansson is a facilitator, curriculum designer, and process leader whose work explores the intersection between human consciousness, innovation, and collective intelligence. Living with a deep fascination for how individuals and groups learn, transform, and collaborate, Tor has spent his career creating environments where growth becomes tangible and ideas move from inspiration to action. Over the past decade, he has designed and delivered more than 50 retreats focused on inner work, group development, and experiential learning.
