As the title suggests Meditation, i.e. Dhyan in Hindi will be a journey of the seeker to not only explore their inner mind but also the apparatus, the body, which is the abode of both the mind and the soul. From invoking our higher selves to cleansing our energy, connecting to the network of the universe, i.e. the operating energy that we know as Love...many experiences, inviting harmony and acceptance, all will be part of this practice.
