A structured, science-informed session designed to help professionals quickly regulate stress and restore mental clarity during demanding workdays.
The experience combines breath regulation, body-based awareness, and attention recalibration. When appropriate and agreed in advance, a light sensory grounding element using a subtle essential oil (e.g. lavender or citrus) may be introduced to support relaxation and attentional anchoring.
The olfactory stimulus is used in a minimal, optional format and always adaptedable.
This experience works particularly well as a 20–45 minute reset during wellbeing days or between intensive work blocks

About the Host
I am a pharmacist by training, with several years of clinical experience in community pharmacy, mostly in London. Working closely with patients deepened my understanding of the limits of symptom-focused care and led me to expand my perspective toward prevention, lifestyle, and nervous system regulation.
This professional evolution brought me to integrative health practices, including yoga, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic principles, which I later formalized through certification in Meditation & Mindfulness teaching and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation.
Today, I work as a wellness facilitator, designing structured and accessible sessions that combine clear physiological explanations with guided experiential practices. My work focuses on nervous system regulation, clarity, and sustainable focus in demanding environments.
I am currently completing my degree in Nutrition (expected July 2026), further strengthening my understanding of the relationship between food, energy, and cognitive performance.
My facilitation style is calm, structured, and grounded in both science and embodied awareness. I create safe spaces where professionals can temporarily step out of constant performance mode and reconnect with regulation, clarity, and presence.
