Description
A dynamic short session combining gentle movement, guided meditation, and intentional journaling to help teams start any day grounded, clear, and focused.
We begin with yoga-inspired stretching to bring awareness into the body (no athletic wear required — all movements are gentle and desk-friendly), followed by a guided breath-awareness meditation to quiet mental noise and cultivate present-moment focus. We close with guided reflection prompts that help participants set values-aligned intentions, not just a to-do list, but a compass for how they want to show up.
Participants leave feeling re-energised and equipped with a personal practice they can repeat independently.
Perfect as a recurring weekly team ritual (themes are changing) or a one-time energiser at off-sites and team days.
Sessions can be arranged on a mat or chairs, depending on availability.
