About the Host
I am a dedicated yoga instructor and brainspotting therapist with a background in nursing. I guide individuals in personal growth, stress reduction, and trauma healing through an integrative approach that combines physical strength training, mindful movement, meditation, breathwork, and therapeutic techniques. I create personalized sessions for clients, lead workshops, and collaborate with organizations to develop wellness programs.
Outside of my professional work, I am passionate about skincare, holistic health, and continuous learning in the fields of mind-body connection and wellness.
