About the Host

I hold a Msc in Applied Positive Psychology and have over 35 years of experience guiding one-to-one and group mind–body practices. My work weaves together somatic awareness and evidence-based positive psychology, grounded in mindful presence and a deep connection to the natural world. My approach is rooted in the belief that, as humans, we must reconnect with our true nature—remembering who we really are and returning to embodied, holistic interconnection in order to thrive and live fulfilling, meaningful, and joyful lives, both individually and collectively. I believe that sustainable change can only occur when we include the wisdom of the body—not just the conscious, cognitive mind—broadening our awareness and opening ourselves to more informed, empowered choice-making and authentic Being. I seek to help you awaken to the present moment and reclaim your attention and your wholeness.

I hold space for the best version of you to shine through while helping to illuminate your path, so you can walk with increased courage, self-compassion. joy and purpose.

I’m especially drawn to supporting those who are navigating life transitions and are ready to embark on the deeper journey of change. My work invites you to come home to your True Nature—restoring balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of wholeness within yourself and with the world around you.

I am passionate about balancing our digital and "real" life experiences and I wrote my dissertation on the importance of increasing "Synchronous Embodied Experiences" over digital and async ones, to mitigate the mental and emotional health crisis we find ourselves increasingly battling as a society.

My classes and workshops include subjects such as "Keys to Sustainable Happiness", "Nervous System Regulation", "Stress Management", "Digital Wellness", "Breathwork", "Meditation" and "Somatic Connection".
