Description

This reflective session offers teams a chance to pause, recharge, and reconnect. Through guided journalling, coaching questions and group discussion, participants explore how to shift perspective, manage stress and strengthen resilience. The atmosphere is calm, supportive and restorative, providing space away from the busyness of the day.

Benefits

Participants leave with a toolkit of simple, practical strategies for boosting wellbeing and maintaining a positive mindset. They gain clarity on their personal and team values, feel more equipped to manage challenges, and return to work refreshed and re-energised. The session strengthens both individual resilience and team cohesion.

Polly May is a professional singer, educator and accredited coach with over 25 years’ experience on stage and in the classroom. Her sessions are dynamic, supportive and highly practical, leaving participants with tools they can use immediately in both work and life.

Client Requirements

If it was a longer singing workshop, I would bring a gig piano and need a plug for that. I wouldn't need a microphone. For other workshops I would like to display a powerpoint but happy not to if that's a problem.
