About the Host
Audrey is a Coach, Facilitator and Consultant with two decades of experience in the Organisational and Personal Development industry. Through her consulting years in the HR and OD field, Audrey has worked with a range of clients in various industries specialising in the performance of both teams and individuals. Audrey has been involved in many Organisational Development projects in the Healthcare, Utilities, Agriculture, Mining, Property Development, Manufacturing, FMCG and Government industries to name a few. Those projects ranged from measuring and assessing the culture of the organisation to facilitating hundreds of workshops and coaching sessions aiming at improving Leadership skills and competencies, equipping participants with resourceful tools to address behavioural and performance challenges, enhancing team dynamics, trust and collaboration while improving awareness, resilience and wellbeing. She’s helped team members and leaders shift towards a more growth-oriented Mindset and tap into their creativity to come up with solution-focused strategies to overcome their challenges as well as transitioning into new roles or the organisation. She has also run hundreds of interviews and focus group with both teams and leaders, helping them improve and maintain their performance. Audrey has facilitated hundreds of programs helping organisations build a more Positive Safety Culture, with a deep dive into the Psychology behind Safety and Wellbeing, Psychological Safety and Psychosocial hazards. In addition to her extensive experience in Consulting delivering to clients, Audrey has held internal role such as OD Manager for a large Healthcare organisation where she co-designed, launched and delivered the full roll out of a new Performance Framework across the Group as one of her achievements. On top of being a well-seasoned Facilitator, Audrey is also an experienced Leadership and Executive Coach who’s run hundreds of sessions for Leaders from middle Management to C-Suite levels. Along with Leadership and Executive Coaching, Audrey is an experienced Life coach with a holistic approach to transformation and growth. She specialises in Mindset, Performance and Wellbeing.
