Mosaics of Your Group

An Experiential Diversity, Inclusion & Team Cohesion Workshop

In every team, each person brings a unique story, perspective, strength, and way of seeing the world. Mosaics of Your Group is a creative and reflective team coaching experience designed to celebrate both our shared humanity and the individuality that makes each group extraordinary.

Using the symbolic art of mosaic-making, participants explore how differences, similarities, values, and lived experiences contribute to stronger collaboration, deeper trust, and a greater sense of belonging within the team.

Through guided coaching conversations, interactive exercises, and collaborative art creation, participants reflect on:

• the qualities that connect us,
• the unique strengths each person contributes,
• and how diversity enriches collective growth and impact.

Each participant designs their own mosaic tile as a visual representation of their identity, perspective, values, or contribution to the group. Together, these individual pieces are assembled into one collective artwork — symbolizing how every person matters in the bigger picture.

The completed mosaic becomes a meaningful expression of:

• inclusion,
• interconnectedness,
• psychological safety,
• collective purpose,
• and the beauty of diversity within unity.
