Workshop
Description
This is a dynamic, embodied group experience that combines physical theatre, basic contemporary dance tools, and collaborative movement exercises to support connection, energy, and teamwork.
The workshop begins with gentle physical warm-ups designed to increase circulation, focus attention, and bring participants into their bodies in an accessible, non-intimidating way. Participants are guided through simple movement sequences and physical theatre exercises that emphasize awareness, rhythm, spatial relationships, and group coordination.
Through partner and ensemble-based movement activities, participants explore how to move together, respond to one another, and create collectively without the pressure of “performance” or technical dance skill. The session encourages play, curiosity, and shared physical problem-solving, allowing participants to experience physical activity as creative, energizing, and inclusive.
The workshop concludes with integrative exercises that connect physical experience to teamwork, communication, and collective presence.
No dance or movement experience is required. All bodies and abilities are welcome.

About the Host
A Colombian actress, holding an MFA in Acting for Film and a Bachelor’s degree in Dramatic Arts.
My professional path thrives through improvisation, theatre, and clowning, disciplines that have taken me to work and tour internationally across Mexico, Colombia, and the United States.
My workshops create spaces where people who work together can truly meet one another. Through play, movement, and embodied exploration, I help teams build trust, unlock creativity, and communicate with greater authenticity and presence.
My approach is both rigorous and joyful: structured enough for professional environments, and playful enough to invite risk, connection, and innovation through the art of games with purpose.
