Description

Your body is more powerful than you think - curious?

Working intentionally with your body improves:
✓ Focus
✓ Communication
✓ Collaboration
✓ Your work-life balance
✓ Resilience
✓ Living your purpose
And most importantly, your well-being.

It reduces:
✓ Stress
✓ Overthinking
✓ Judgments

Move your body - free your mind: Desk heroes welcome!
Embodiment is about movements that are already naturally programmed into your body. Working with embodiment is especially helpful for people who sit behind their desks all day: Desk heroes!

Your body reacts more quickly than your mind.
Your body has an intelligence your mind does not have.
Together, they are much more efficient than either one alone.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:
✓Push the reset button in case of stress
✓Recharge your batteries
✓Express yourself clearly and effectively
✓ Find the right balance between stating your own position/setting your boundaries and being in tune with others

The workshop uses a rhythm of short theoretical input and movement practice, partly with music and partly without.

You will receive a toolbox of 'easy-to-use body hacks' that will give you personal impact. If you choose to engage regularly with these techniques, your confidence in dealing with others and challenging situations will improve.

Benefits

Focus, communication, collaboration, work-life balance, resilience, living your purpose, well-being, reduced stress, reduced overthinking, reduced judgments

About the Host

I work with senior leaders, coaches, supervisors, and teams to deepen their reflective capacity, unlock hidden strengths, and surface unconscious patterns, by embracing presence, the courage to pause, the wisdom of not knowing, and leading from what matters most. Together, we create workplaces where leadership emerges at every level, and people tap into their innate wisdom and creativity in service of something greater than individual achievement. This approach enables exceptional business outcomes while creating the conditions for truly transformational coaching and supervision that benefit both individuals and the wider system.

I am an accredited coaching supervisor and Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), bringing over two decades of contemplative and professional experience into my practice. My diverse background spans technical support management, a degree in artificial intelligence, and 15 years as a Buddhist monk. This rare combination of disciplines gives me a unique lens on leadership, transformation, and systemic change.
Drawing on my deep understanding of solitude, uncertainty, and the power of reflection, I support leaders in aligning their work with their life’s true purpose, enhancing their effectiveness as global stewards and evolving leadership culture in organizations and society. Through the PlayfulMonk approach, which I developed, I help individuals and teams build their capacity for self-reflection, manage personal and group tensions, develop ethical awareness, and stay calm and connected in complex, high-pressure environments.

Currently, I serve as the part-time Head of Faculty and Leadership at Blend Associates, where I support senior executives and teams within the UK’s National Health Service to navigate the emotional and systemic challenges of leadership in times of change and stress. With compassion, clarity, and courage, I walk alongside those who lead to help them live and lead from presence, purpose, and possibility.
