Participants are guided through a structured movement and body awareness experience designed specifically for desk-based professionals. Each session opens with a postural assessment, followed by a guided corrective movement sequence, a functional strength and mobility circuit, and closes with a breathwork and recovery session. Every participant receives a personalised movement prescription to continue between sessions.
What Participants Will Experience
- A brief individual postural and movement assessment at the start of the programme, helping each participant understand how their daily habits and work posture are affecting their body and energy levels
- A guided corrective movement session targeting the most common workplace injuries — neck tension, lower back pain, hip tightness, and shoulder stiffness — using simple, equipment-free exercises that can be done at or near a desk
- A functional movement circuit designed to restore natural mobility, improve posture, and build the baseline physical resilience needed to sustain high performance across a working day
- An education segment where participants learn the science behind movement and sedentary behaviour — understanding why the body responds to prolonged sitting the way it does and what they can do about it
- A guided breathwork and nervous system reset session at the close — participants leave physically lighter, mentally clearer, and equipped with a simple daily reset practice they can use independently
- A personalised movement prescription card for each participant, outlining 3–5 targeted exercises tailored to their specific postural profile

About the Host
I am a corporate trainer, experiential facilitator, wellness practitioner, and NLP coach with over 10 years of experience working across India, New Zealand, and the Middle East. I offer corporate training and facilitation, leadership development programmes, dialogue-based workshops, one-on-one and group coaching, post-injury rehabilitation, corrective movement and functional fitness training, workplace wellbeing programmes, NLP-based behavioural coaching, and Improv based recreational workshops for corporates. Experiential programme design and delivery, training needs assessment and gap analysis, one-on-one and group facilitation, dialogue and conflict resolution methodology, corrective exercise prescription, behavioural change coaching, cross-cultural communication, virtual and in-person programme delivery, and independent programme management from design through to evaluation. I am known for a coaching style that is empathetic, direct, and grounded in genuine curiosity about what makes people tick. I build psychological safety quickly, adapt fluidly to different audiences and contexts, and bring both the methodological rigour of a trained facilitator and the practical instincts of someone who has spent a decade working across industries, cultures, and age groups. I operate with full ownership and accountability — every engagement receives my complete attention and commitment.
