During this session I will guide you through the practice of traditional Hatha yoga asanas, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation.
Practice of physical exercises in alignment with the breath will allow for improved balance, increased plasticity of the body and heightened self-awareness.
Afterwards, attending practitioners will be accompanied in the process of relaxation and meditation, which will result in calmness and presence in the moment.

About the Host
A certified Iyengar Yoga teacher since 2019, I have been practicing Hatha yoga, breathwork and meditation as of 2006. This allowed me to integrate embodied and mindful practices into my professional path of an international communication specialist. Today, I offer individual and group sessions of yoga with a grounded, human-centred approach that supports presence, well-being, and meaningful engagement.
