Description
This session offers a calm, grounding experience for groups through live music, guided attention, and moments of quiet reflection. Participants are invited to slow down, listen, and reconnect with their inner focus in a way that feels accessible and non-intrusive.
The experience combines live guitar music, brief guided prompts, and intentional pauses. Interaction is light and optional, allowing participants to engage at their own comfort level without pressured to share or engage in discussion.
The session is well suited for professional settings and can be adapted to different group sizes and timeframes as part of a curated program. It works particularly well as a reset moment within a larger day of activities, helping participants arrive more present, focused, and receptive.
Typical flow may include:
• Live instrumental music to create a calm, attentive atmosphere
• Simple guided attention or reflective prompts (no sharing required)
• Periods of silence or quiet listening
• Optional brief closing reflection, adapted to the group and context
The session is secular, inclusive, and designed to feel accessible to participants with no prior experience.

About the Host
I’m a facilitator and musician who designs experiential sessions that help groups slow down, reset their attention, and reconnect through listening, reflection, and live music. My work blends guided reflection with improvised and composed music to create a calm, focused atmosphere that feels accessible and appropriate for professional settings.
I’ve worked with leaders, teams, and community groups in high-pressure environments, and I’m comfortable adapting sessions to different group sizes, timeframes, and contexts. My approach is inclusive and non-intrusive; participants are invited to engage at their own level. I value clarity, presence, and reliability, and I enjoy collaborating closely with curators and organizers to create experiences that are meaningful, well-held, and easy to integrate into a broader program.
