Description

Team Harmony: A Music Workshop for Connection and Collaboration

Bring your team together through the universal language of music! This engaging workshop uses rhythm, creativity, and collaboration to strengthen communication and foster a genuine sense of connection among participants.

Through interactive icebreakers, fun rhythm challenges, and guided WASO-style projects, teams will explore how listening, timing, and shared creativity can transform the way they work together. No musical experience is required — just a willingness to participate, laugh, and collaborate.

Participants will:

  • Build trust and communication through interactive musical icebreakers

  • Develop teamwork and problem-solving skills through group rhythm and songwriting exercises

  • Explore creativity and leadership in a relaxed, supportive setting

  • End the session with a shared performance or collective composition that celebrates their team’s unique rhythm

Perfect for organizations looking to energize their teams, boost morale, and inspire creative collaboration, this workshop combines the joy of making music with meaningful professional development outcomes.

Driven by curiosity and collaboration, I’m especially interested in how culture shapes identity and belonging. Whether working behind the scenes to organize programs or directly engaging with artists and participants, I bring energy, empathy, and organization to everything I do.
