Description
What it is
Nature Connectedness is a facilitated experience where nature becomes a quiet co-facilitator. Through sensory awareness, gentle movement, guided reflection and shared dialogue, participants step out of habitual thinking and into a slower, more attentive state.
Relevance for organisations
Nature Connectedness offers a meaningful alternative to traditional workshops. It supports mental health, collaboration and sustainable work culture in a way that feels human, memorable and deeply restorative.
I offer a short alignment meeting in advance to ensure clarity on expectations, needs, and desired outcomes.
Optional add-on: Cacao Circle to deepen reflection and add a more substantial nature spirituality experience.

About the Host
20+ years of experience working with people and groups. I always focus on the energy of the group and look for opportunities to strengthen the energy and the feeling of togetherness. I work with nature connectedness both the outside nature as well as the inner nature. For that, I use movement, meditation, voice, time in nature, and different reflection tasks linked to the topic chosen.
