Description

I bring many years of experience facilitating day retreats, wellness sessions, workshops, and trainings that support individuals to cultivate positive mental health and sustainable wellbeing. My work is grounded in a teach–experience–integrate approach, where participants are first guided through clear, accessible learning around the nervous system, stress, and emotional wellbeing, before being invited into embodied practice.

My sessions incorporate a range of experiential modalities including mindfulness, breathwork, nervous system regulation, EFT tapping, visualisation, reflective journaling, and guided group processes. Whether facilitating women’s circles or corporate wellbeing sessions, I create a supportive environment where participants can safely explore vulnerability, slow down, and fully immerse themselves in the experience at hand.

Participants leave feeling informed and empowered to prioritise their wellbeing, with a lighter sense of being, a deeper feeling of safety and calm within the body, and a more balanced, positive mindset.

About the Host

I’m Libby, a resilience coach, emotional wellbeing practitioner and human-centred facilitator with a passion for helping women, teams and individuals navigate complexity, emotional overload and transition with strength and presence.

My work sits at the intersection of nervous system awareness, embodied self-regulation and mindful transformation. I blend evidence-informed approaches like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) with creative facilitation, compassionate coaching and practical tools that support deep and lasting emotional resilience.

I bring this approach into immersive experiences, workshops and curated sessions that are both grounded and transformative; meeting participants where they are and guiding them to feel safer in their bodies, clearer in their minds and more connected to their purpose and community.

Travel Locations

Abu Dhabi – additional travel to be paid (between 250-400 AED, dependant on exact location)
Other emirates – customised quote to be provided once location confirmed

Client Requirements

I would need some tables for the participants, chairs, a projector, speakers, microphone and access to some stationary (paper, pens etc). The size of the room is important depending on the session being delivered.
