About the Host
I’m a facilitator, mentor, and trainer with over 10 years’ experience leading multicultural teams and programmes in diverse contexts. I design and deliver engaging sessions that combine creativity, well-being, and practical tools, helping people connect, collaborate, and grow. My approach is interactive and human-centred, with an emphasis on inclusion, empathy, and intercultural awareness. Whether through workshops, experiential activities, or reflective practices, I love creating meaningful experiences that energise participants and leave a lasting impact.
