Would you like to give yourself and your team the opportunity to stay physically flexible and mentally stable, even in everyday office life?
Great! No prior yoga experience is required.
Office yoga focuses on exercises designed to relieve tension caused by prolonged sitting. These exercises can be easily integrated into the workday and performed in office attire. Sessions can be adjusted to fit your schedule and typically last around 20–30 minutes. Regular yoga practice promotes relaxation and reduces stress in the workplace.

10 years as a systemic team and leadership coach, mindfulness teacher and practitioner as well as traditional Yoga teacher.
