Overview:
This 90-minute workshop helps participants identify and move beyond limiting beliefs that impact personal and professional performance. The session combines education, journaling exercises, interactive small-group work, and large-group discussion. Participants explore the origins of their beliefs, reflect on how these patterns influence their choices, and practice exercises to cultivate a growth-oriented, empowered mindset.

About the Host
I am a psychotherapist, coach, and arts leader with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and teams to access creativity, clarity, and well-being. My work integrates trauma-informed therapy, somatic practices, mindfulness, and CBT with interactive, experiential facilitation to help participants reduce stress, overcome limiting beliefs, and unlock their full potential. I bring a multidisciplinary perspective, blending corporate leadership, art curation, and social justice advocacy, and have worked with leaders, creatives, and organizations to foster cohesion, resilience, and meaningful transformation. My approach is practical, engaging, and human-centered, leaving participants inspired, energized, and equipped with actionable tools.
