Description
In fast-paced work environments, emotions often remain unrecognized, yet they play a central role in stress levels, communication, collaboration, and overall wellbeing.
Drawing on psychological principles and creative expression, participants are guided to translate emotions into color and form. This process helps increase emotional awareness — a key skill for managing stress, improving self-regulation, and fostering clearer, more authentic communication within teams.
By learning to recognize and express emotions in a safe and non-judgmental environment, participants can develop greater empathy, improve interpersonal understanding, and strengthen everyday workplace interactions.
No artistic skills are required. The focus is not on artistic performance, but on experience: taking a moment to slow down, listen inwardly, and explore emotions in a practical and accessible way.

About the Host
I am a psychologist and psychotherapist based in Milan, working in both Italian and English. I enjoy designing and facilitating sessions that support wellbeing, communication, and collective engagement within corporate environments.
My approach integrates psychological insight with playful and creative formats — including paint therapy, collaborative board games I have developed, and experiential wellbeing workshops such as cooking classes — to help teams slow down, reconnect, and explore new ways of relating to themselves and others.
