Description

I’ll share with you a technique that focuses on the movement with care and presence, inviting pleasure, building self-acceptance, and working with positive feedback only.

If you want to explore your body, creativity, and expression, this is a safe space for that.

No experience needed: It doesn't matter whether you have experience in physical theatre, theatre, dance, or anything else.

The only thing that matters is your full motivation to participate!

You are enough as you are.

Facilitator:

Agita - Works with intuition, feelings, levels of tension, natural body movement, physical theatre, dance, and a personal, never-ending curiosity and admiration of the beauty of people being their authentic selves.

The sessions are an inclusive space that welcomes and celebrates people of all ages, abilities, gender identities, relationships, backgrounds, and beliefs. Everyone is welcome.

Benefits

Body awareness - sync in and listen to what your body wants to do.

Discover how easy it is to co-create an improvized performance - it is very easy, in fact all groups have created a real performance at the end of each session.

Synchrony - synch with the group, by performing game-like activities.

Pleasure of movement - when we follow our intuition it is always an incredibly rewarding experience.

New embodied experience - during the session you always discover ways you haven't moved before.
