Description

Elevate your movement practice through a meticulously crafted Pilates session that blends precision, control, and fluidity. This experience centers on the art of breath, sustained endurance, and provides a challenge to the way you connect to your body.

Each session is thoughtfully curated with tailored adaptations to meet you where you are, while subtly introducing challenge and progression. Movements are executed with intention; encouraging strength, alignment, and a heightened sense of physical awareness.

You will be guided through a warm up, exercices, and a cool down.

Benefits

Pilates is known as a "soft gym" practice and is an excellent way to strengthen your body and mind connection.

It is challenging but will leave you feeling energized and centered: improving your posture, your breath and your alignment.
