– Welcome, safety & reflective gear check; digital pause.
– Slow twilight walk: noticing darkness, pockets of light and winter scents.
– Guided gratitude practice for the year’s wins (individual).
– “Gift of attention” pair exercise (brief, structured listening).
– Quiet sit-spot + soothing breath to settle the mind.
– Closing circle with non-alcoholic spiced berry drink ("glögi") where feasible.
Can be delivered in a nearby park/green space; accessible and corporate-appropriate.
Benefits
– End-of-year decompression and genuine, calm connection
– Strengthened team spirit via positive reflection and listening
– Better sleep readiness after gentle nervous-system downshift

About the Host
I have an academic education and 20+ years of experience from NGO/charity communications and marketing positions. I changed my career path to outdoors and nature-based wellness in 2022. I'm a certified Nature and Wilderness Guide and Forest Therapy Guide (2024). I have taken additional trainings in nature therapy (such as the Finnish wellbeing practices ForestMind and HealthForest). I have personal experience from burn-outs and depression and how nature ("Dr. Forest") helps you to recover.
I lead immersive, sensory, meditative forest bathing / shinrin-yoku -sessions suitable for all. I work year round in Greater Helsinki area's most beautiful nature spots. My customers are both Finnish and international business, public and NGO teams (recreation and wellbeing events).
I believe in evidence-based holistic practices (body-mind). I am an emphatetic, warm and charismatic personality, and passionate about helping You to reconnect with nature to reduce stress and find joy, creativity and your "factory settings" as a human being once again, which is a basis for success in work as well. I have guided about 300 people in my forest bathing sessions so far. I am happy to share with you the secret of the happiest country in the world: everyday nature connection.
I provide a safe space for everyone. My services have been awarded the Good Travel Seal in 2025, and sustainability is a central in everything I do.
I am also a Helsinki and Espoo City business partner and a member of Finnish Forestry Administration's business network.
Happy to guide you to the proven wellbeing benefits that nature offers!
