About the Host

I am a design and operations leader with over 20 years of experience helping teams move from complexity and overload into clarity, momentum, and sustainable performance. My background spans design studios, product development, innovation labs, and fast-moving startup environments, where I’ve worked closely with creative, technical, and leadership teams under real delivery pressure.

My work focuses on human-centered clarity: helping people reduce cognitive overload, simplify communication, realign priorities, and restore flow in their daily collaboration. I bring a facilitation style that blends structured diagnostic thinking with creative, engaging group processes that make change feel accessible rather than heavy.

I’m especially passionate about supporting teams navigating growth, change, and burnout risk — offering practical tools and shared language that teams can immediately apply to improve communication, decision-making, and overall work energy.

My sessions are designed to be engaging, inclusive, and adaptable across cultures and organizational styles, leaving teams feeling lighter, clearer, and genuinely re-energized.
