• A diagnostic team safety reflection exercise

• Small-group discussion on communication barriers
• Practical tools for fostering constructive disagreement
• A guided alignment exercise to strengthen team commitment

About the Host
I am a psychologist, executive coach and organisational consultant with over ten years of experience leading projects and supporting professionals in complex, high-demand environments.
Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, culture and human sustainability, particularly in contexts where change is constant and expectations are high. My work focuses on helping organisations and leaders navigate transformation in a way that is both effective and sustainable over time.
I combine psychological insight with practical organisational understanding. This allows me to work not only at an individual level, but also with teams and leadership groups to strengthen clarity, alignment and performance under pressure.
Having led national projects and coordinated multidisciplinary stakeholders, I bring both strategic perspective and operational experience. I understand the realities of organisational complexity and the importance of translating ideas into practical action.
Today, I collaborate with organisations and leaders who want to strengthen their culture, leadership capacity and long-term performance in a way that integrates wellbeing and results.
