Description
Over time, we lose the instinctive ability to think creatively. Our creative spark has simply been masked and stifled as we are directed towards, then settle into the patterns of adult life. In a world where disruption has become the new normal, the ability to think differently is a superpower. This session will encourage you to rediscover your creative self with tools, tips and tricks to help you find wild and wonderful ways of solving problems and opening up opportunities in life.
Training will cover:
• Why is free thinking so hard? What’s blocking your creativity?
• One simple rule to make finding fresh ideas easier.
• Trying a host of techniques to break free from formulaic thinking.
• The importance of curiosity and how to make the practice a habit.
Benefits
Attendees will:
Come away with a deeper understanding of the barriers we face when we want to generate fresh, original ideas.
Enjoy the chance to experiment and play in a supportive, relaxed and enjoyable environment.
Have the chance to test the technique on their real-life challenges and problems.
Come away with a really practical toolkit that moves them quickly to bold, original thinking.

About the Host
I’m a creativity, storytelling and personal development facilitator with deep roots in broadcast—20 years as a producer for BBC Sport. I design immersive, lively sessions that straddle leadership, personal development, and creative thinking. I work with a diverse range of wonderful clients. I've collaborated with BBC Commissioners as they craft their briefings; prepared raw young talent to become the award-winning Paralympics presenters on Channel 4; built self belief and confidence in a room full of nervous teenagers and helped brilliant data scientists use stories to inspire the broadest possible audience with their work. My presentation style is relaxed, warm, and supportive—focused on helping people think more clearly, feel more confident, and deliver real, lasting results. Fluent in French and experienced across media, corporate, and cultural environments, I bring creativity and heart to every session.
