A refreshing 20-minute wellness experience designed to help participants pause, recharge, and reset both body and mind. In this guided session, attendees are introduced to a core wellness coaching tool that supports self-awareness, emotional balance, and focus in any situation. The session begins with a brief exploration of how everyday stress affects performance and well-being, followed by a hands-on experience where participants practice the tool using guided reflection and mindful awareness techniques.
By the end of the session, participants will feel re-centered and equipped with a practical, evidence-based strategy they can use anytime during the day to maintain clarity, calm, and control.

I’m an ICF-certified Health and Wellness Coach with over seven years of experience in the healthcare field. Currently, I work in a leading clinic at one of Egypt’s most prestigious hospitals, where I support individuals in achieving meaningful, lasting improvements to their health and well-being. With a professional background in dentistry, I bring a deep understanding of patient care and holistic health to my coaching practice. I’ve also had the privilege of collaborating with several esteemed organizations, including the global medical company AstraZeneca, to design and deliver targeted wellness sessions focused on lifestyle enhancement, stress management, and emotional well-being.
