About the Host

Certified Professional Coach with over 25 years of experience in leadership positions in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Hospitality, Wellness and Executive Education sectors, in leading companies such as Nestlé, Accor Group and ESCP Business School, as well as experience as an entrepreneur. Having held various leadership positions in Portugal, Spain and France, she is passionate about multiculturalism and diversity.
