Description:
This gentle, restorative session blends slow, accessible yoga movement with simple breathwork and guided relaxation. Designed for busy professionals, participants learn practices that reduce muscle tension from desk work, calm the nervous system, and improve focus.

Hannah guides the group through mindful stretching, grounding postures, and smooth breath cycles that are easy to repeat at home or at work. The session ends with a deeply relaxing, guided body scan to reset the mind.

About the Host

Hannah is a Melbourne-based yoga teacher and emerging Yoga Therapist who weaves movement, breath, and self-inquiry into gentle, grounding practices. Her classes blend curiosity, compassion, and embodied awareness to help people reconnect with themselves in meaningful, sustainable ways.

Certifications & Credentials

RYT285 - registered Yoga Teacher with over 285 training hours (Yoga alliance); this includes Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra meditation qualifications. Current public liability insurance, first aid and Working With Children Check.
