Description

A grounded, beginner-friendly guided session designed for professionals who spend most of their time in their heads and under sustained pressure.

This experience is inspired my kundalini yoga and blends gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation to support nervous system regulation, focus, and emotional capacity.

Participants are guided through:

  • Simple, seated or standing movements to release accumulated tension

  • Breathwork techniques that support regulation and mental clarity

  • A short, guided meditation to help shift out of constant “doing” mode

  • Brief moments of reflection to notice internal shifts and patterns

The session is framed in clear, modern language and does not require prior yoga or meditation experience. It is suitable for corporate settings and can be adapted to different group sizes, time constraints, and energy levels.

About the Host

I bring 10 years of experience working in strategy consulting and corporate sustainability, spending >100 hours in executive leadership and Board rooms, facilitating discussions and decisions on corporate strategies for multinational companies. My experience includes work with Google, Nestlé Waters, Loblaw, Spin Master, Gildan Activewear, XPRIZE Foundation, and more. Educated as an engineer and trained in coaching & facilitation, my work has expanded from building a more sustainable future through large organizations to focusing on the individuals within those systems — the people carrying the responsibility, pressure, and long-term vision. Some of my offerings include: – Immersive cohorts for in-house corporate sustainability professionals, focused on real-world applications (e.g., influencing decisions, building buy-in, refining your ideas before presenting them to leadership, etc.) – 1:1 coaching on career progressions, workplace dynamics, work life balance – workshops/stakeholder engagement facilitation for business strategy, decision-making, etc. – kundalini yoga classes (including breathwork and meditation) to strengthen the nervous system and build mental/emotional capacity – retainer/fractional based ad-hoc support
