Description

This full-day experience blends coaching for wellbeing with interactive team-building activities. The morning provides space for journalling, guided reflection and group coaching exercises around resilience and mindset. The afternoon shifts into collaborative team-building challenges and creative activities that encourage connection, play and shared problem-solving. This balance of reflection and action ensures participants leave both refreshed and energised.

Benefits

Teams gain tools for stress management, positive mindset and resilience, while also strengthening relationships through shared experiences. Her sessions are dynamic, supportive and highly practical, leaving participants with tools they can use immediately in both work and life.

Client Requirements

If it was a longer singing workshop, I would bring a gig piano and need a plug for that. I wouldn't need a microphone. For other workshops I would like to display a powerpoint but happy not to if that's a problem.
