Description
This full-day experience blends coaching for wellbeing with interactive team-building activities. The morning provides space for journalling, guided reflection and group coaching exercises around resilience and mindset. The afternoon shifts into collaborative team-building challenges and creative activities that encourage connection, play and shared problem-solving. This balance of reflection and action ensures participants leave both refreshed and energised.

Client Requirements
If it was a longer singing workshop, I would bring a gig piano and need a plug for that. I wouldn't need a microphone. For other workshops I would like to display a powerpoint but happy not to if that's a problem.
