About the Host

I am an Evidence-Based Health & Wellness Coach with NBHWC-approved training, supporting individuals in building sustainable lifestyle habits that improve energy, resilience, and overall wellbeing. My coaching approach is grounded in behavioral science, evidence-informed wellness principles, and a deep understanding of how daily habits influence long-term health.
With a strong background in biomedical and life sciences, I bring a research-informed perspective to wellness coaching while maintaining a clear, ethical scope of practice. I work collaboratively with clients to clarify goals, overcome barriers, and develop realistic strategies around lifestyle behaviors such as nutrition choices, gut-friendly routines, stress regulation, sleep, and physical activity.
My role as a Health & Wellness Coach is to support clients in making sustainable, self-directed lifestyle and behavior changes that enhance overall wellbeing. My coaching focuses on goal-setting, habit formation, lifestyle optimization, stress management, sleep, nutrition-related behaviors, physical activity, and gut-friendly daily routines.
I work using evidence-based behavior change principles and follow ethical standards consistent with NBHWC-approved training. Coaching is collaborative and client-centered, empowering individuals to clarify values, build accountability, and develop practical strategies for long-term wellness.
My coaching style is practical, supportive, and non-judgmental, focused on empowering clients to take ownership of their health journey in a way that fits their real life.
I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace medical care. Clients are encouraged to continue working with their healthcare providers for diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decision-making.
