Finding calm and authentic expression through breath and voice
In a professional landscape that can demand that we are 'always on', we might find ourselves navigating back-to-back demands while our internal systems remain stuck in a state of high alert. This half day session offers a practical, somatic space for your team to pause and re-resource. We will be using two of the most accessible tools we carry: breath and voice.
By engaging with the Autonomic Nervous System directly, we move into a state of regulation and calm. This workshop provides the tools to stay grounded during challenging contexts, helping you to show up with clarity and courage.
Areas of focus
- Grounding and understanding the system: We begin by establishing a safe environment and exploring how the Autonomic Nervous System responds to the pressures of a modern workplace. You will learn why high performance requires high recovery and how to use your breath as a lever for stability.
- Breath as a resource: A facilitated, trauma-skilled breathwork journey allows you to clear mental fog and process the weight of a busy week. This is a gentle, guided experience tailored to what you need in the moment, whether that is a release of tension or a quiet moment of reflection.
- Vocal resonance and connection: Sound is a powerful tool for releasing physical tension. We move away from the idea of performance and instead focus on humming and singing for relaxation, vagus nerve stimulation, and connecting on a Whole Person level.
- Integrating the practice: We close the session by identifying simple, discrete ways to bring these tools into your 9-to-5 routine. You will leave with a clear plan for using 'micro-resets' before high-stakes meetings or at the end of a demanding day, ensuring the benefits of the workshop stay with you.

About the Host
I'm a somatic practitioner and coach with over twenty years’ experience in leadership, direct delivery in helping professions, and development work. I offer a ‘Whole Person’ approach to support teams and leaders in balancing the demands of high-level performance with genuine wellbeing. Drawing on expertise in breathwork, embodied voice, and performance psychology, I facilitate spaces where courageous conversations and nervous system regulation underpin inclusive, resilient workplace cultures. My work is dedicated to helping people move beyond the threat of burnout toward a renewed sense of presence, calm, and connection.

Happy to travel throughout Europe with travel expenses added to session costs (+ €400 if overnight stay required/ €200 same day travel).
