Rewind

Description

Rewind is an immersive class designed to stimulate your inner self and release body tensions through "games and fun". Acting is a powerful tool that can help you find freedom and self consciousness:

The journey begins with body stretching accompanied by relaxing music, followed by vocal exercises to warm up the vocal cords.

The second phase is a “crazy” dance session designed to release tension and free the body from the lens of judgment.

The third step consists of giving voice to everything that passes through the individual’s mind in rhythm with the music.

Then comes improvisation: the individual “interprets” another character — fictional, historical, or contemporary — whom they feel particularly connected to or reflective of their own way of being.

They may paint, scream, jump, cook, write, rant… anything is allowed within the boundaries of artistic creation.

Once the improvisation is over, the individual removes the mask and gradually returns to reality.

At the end of the session, the individual fills out their journal with anything they consider necessary and meaningful for their personal journey.
