Description
Participants are guided through a calming meditation accompanied by live frame drum rhythms. Gentle breathing, progressive relaxation, and scientifically designed rhythmic patterns help the group unwind, synchronize, and quiet mental chatter.
No musical experience is required—participants simply sit comfortably and follow the guidance. Led by a professional drummer, university lecturer, and music therapist (Master’s degree), the session combines evidence-based meditation methods with therapeutic drumming and mindfulness practices.

About the Host
A 15-year expert in mindful drumming with over 30 years of experience as a solo artist, musician, composer, teacher, and mentor. I support team cohesion, stress reduction, mindfulness, creativity, and employee well-being through my pioneering methods, Mindful Drumming and Mindful Rhythm Work. Holding a Master’s degree in Music Therapy from the Norwegian Academy of Music, I deliver corporate experiences that go far beyond traditional team-building.
My approach creates inclusive spaces where rhythm becomes a powerful tool for self-awareness, embodied presence, and deeper connection with others. Currently a university lecturer at the Norwegian Academy of Music, I have facilitated workshops across Europe, bringing both academic rigor and intuitive practice into corporate settings. My methodologies help organizations foster authentic collaboration, reduce workplace stress, and unlock collective potential through the universal language of rhythm.
