Description
Peak performance isn't about pushing harder. It's about recovering smarter.
Most teams don't see burnout coming until it's already affecting delivery. Stress quietly accumulates, resilience quietly erodes, and by the time it shows up as disengagement, conflict, or missed deadlines, the cost is already real. This session intervenes before that point. It creates a shared language around pressure, energy, and sustainable performance, opening up the conversations that rarely happen in the flow of work. Leaders and their teams explore together what drains and what replenishes, what the early signals of overload look and feel like, and how to build the micro-habits that protect both people and performance before stress becomes burnout and burnout becomes a business problem.
Benefits
- A shared framework for talking openly about pressure and capacity
- Personal energy audit - what fuels vs what drains, right now
- Recognition of early burnout signals in themselves and each other
- Two or three micro-recovery habits the team agrees to try together
- A stronger team culture - one where pressure is named, not hidden, and performance is protected collectively

About the Host
Burnout doesn't announce itself. It accumulates quietly in leaders who keep going, teams that keep delivering, and organisations that don't see the cost until it's already real. I work with leaders and their teams in high-pressure environments to change that, helping them spot and reduce burnout risk early, so performance, retention, and delivery don't break under pressure.
As a Leadership Resilience and Burnout Consultant with over 10 years of experience, I bring sessions that challenge how leaders think about pressure, create shared language around stress and energy within teams, and strengthen how performance and pressure are managed day to day. My work is designed for mixed leadership groups and teams across an organisation. I also offer a dedicated session for women in leadership, addressing the distinct pressures and invisible load that high-achieving women carry. My broader work is not women-specific — it is people and performance-focused, designed for any leader or team operating under sustained pressure.
I have delivered sessions and programmes for organisations across professional services, financial services, energy, and government, with clients and audiences spanning Europe and the United States.
My credentials include an MSc in Development, accreditation as an Executive Coach, and certifications as a Burnout Specialist, Resilience Coach, DiSC Practitioner, and Master Workshop Facilitator. I design and deliver workshops, facilitated team sessions, and leadership talks, blending research-backed insight with honest conversation and practical tools that participants can act on immediately.
