In Sculpt Your Own Story, participants are invited on a mindful journey of self-expression through the art of sculpture. Each session is designed to help individuals explore their inner world and personal narrative by shaping raw materials into meaningful, symbolic forms. We begin with a short grounding meditation, followed by hands-on guidance in basic sculpting techniques using clay or natural materials. Participants are encouraged to channel their emotions, memories, or life themes into a unique creation — a physical reflection of their personal story.
This session blends art therapy, mindfulness, and creative storytelling, making it ideal for anyone seeking emotional clarity, inner peace, or simply a rejuvenating artistic experience.

About the Host
I am a Greece-based Fine Artist whose practice spans a rich and diverse array of disciplines, including sculpting, painting, drawing, casting, molding, woodworking, special effects makeup, and prop creation. With an unwavering passion for craftsmanship and form, I specialize in producing compelling, immersive works that bridge the realms of fine art and cinematic realism. Since 2012, I have had the privilege of contributing my expertise as a sculptor and special effects makeup artist to numerous high-profile productions and artistic ventures. These experiences have sharpened my attention to detail and deepened my understanding of material, anatomy, and character, enriching my creative process across all mediums. A highlight of my career is the creation of a hyper-realistic, life-size silicone figure of Nikola Tesla, unveiled at the Nikola Tesla Museum in Cyprus. This piece not only exemplifies my technical skill and anatomical precision but also reflects my dedication to evoking lifelike presence through artistic expression.
