About the Host

Dr. Shivani Misra is an Ayurvedic doctor with over 18+years of experience in the ancient science of holistic healing. Born into a Vedic family, she grew up in an environment where traditional rituals, natural remedies, and respect for the wisdom of nature were deeply valued. This early exposure inspired her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) in India and dedicate her life to helping people restore balance through Ayurveda. Having lived and travelled across multiple countries, Dr. Shivani developed a unique perspective on how ancient Ayurvedic wisdom can be applied in modern lifestyles. For the past seven years, she has been practising in London, supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds in integrating Ayurvedic principles into their daily routines. She believes that small, mindful changes in diet, lifestyle, and daily habits can create a profound and lasting impact on overall health and wellbeing.
