Description

In this reflective and empowering workshop, participants will engage in creating self-portraits using photography to explore their personal identity, values, and emotions. Guided by prompts, they will reflect on how they see themselves and how they wish to be seen by others. The process encourages deep introspection, fostering self-awareness and authentic expression, co-creation and creativity.
At the end of the session, participants will have the opportunity to share their portraits and reflect on their creative choices with the group. This exercise helps individuals understand how they present themselves, both visually and emotionally.
