Description

Core Focus: Polyvagal-informed regulation + somatic anchoring + breathwork protocols + real-time HRV feedback. Key Tools:

  • Vagus nerve reset sequences (cold exposure, specific breath ratios, humming/OM)
  • Somatic “drop-in” practices to shift from sympathetic overdrive to parasympathetic recovery in <90 seconds
  • Live HRV monitoring (Elite HRV or Oura) so participants feel the shift instantly
  • Neuropsychological framing: how chronic dysregulation hijacks prefrontal function and decision-making

About the Host

I'm a 34-year-old who's been coaching for 15 years. I mainly focus on neuropsychology. I've been flown to Bali and Bodrum multiple times, living with the client for a month to do 1-on-1 sessions. Essentially, what I do is an exploration of how everything in biology and neurology influences psychology, and how that dictates behavior.
